Training courses we offer

FSSC 22000

This training course provides participants with the knowledge needed to apply the requirements of ISO 22000 and PAS 220 (or the ISO equivalent ISO 22002-1). ISO 22000 covers FSMS requirements and PAS covers prerequisite programme requirements for food manufacturers. It also provides an overview of the FSSC 22000 scheme and the third party certification process. The FSSC 22000 scheme is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) approved scheme. The FSSC 22000 scheme competes with BRC Food, IFS and other GFSI approved food certification schemes in the food manufacturing sector. As such, this course will be of interest to clients who work for food manufacturers.

FSSC 22000 Appreciation and Interpretation

You will learn the key features of the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 Scheme, the benefits of FSSC 22000 certification, and the Structure and principal requirements in ISO 22000

FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor

You will learn the role management systems and internal audits play in helping business manage their risks, an overview of the FSSC standards ISO 22000/22002 and the roles and responsibilities of an Internal FSSC Auditor

FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor

This IRCA registered course provides delegates with a detailed knowledge of ISO 22000 (which covers requirements for a food safety management system for any organisation in the food chain) and ISO 22002-1, previously known as PAS 220 (which covers prerequisite programmes on food safety in the food and drink manufacturing sector). It provides an in-depth account of the audit process and its application when auditing a food manufacturing operation. There is much practical work during the course. Each delegate will have at least 3 opportunities to carry out an audit.

HACCP Principles, Interpretation & Application

This one-day course offers guidance about HACCP principles based on the Codex Alimentarius requirements, how to align a HACCP system with a management system based on ISO 22000 and ISO 9001, and much more.

ISO 22000 Internal Auditor

You will need to attend this course if you want to carry out internal audit of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) against ISO 22000 requirements

ISO 22000 Lead Auditor

We offer courses to help you to develop and maintain a management system that meets the requirements of ISO 22000.
